Online reviews have become an essential part of our digital society. Before visiting a facility or making a choice about healthcare, many individuals turn to online reviews for insights. These reviews serve as a window, offering prospective patients a glimpse of what they can expect from Pompeii.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer with a passion for connecting with people and a flair for communication. Your primary responsibility will be:

• Engaging with patients on Facebook.
• Gathering patient reviews.
• Assisting individuals in crafting their reviews, ensuring they reflect their genuine experiences.
• Educating patients on what would be impactful in their reviews and gathering insights about their unique experiences at Pompeii.
• Helping patients post their reviews on platforms such as Google Review.

Who We're Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Empathy and understanding.
• An enthusiastic approach to interacting with diverse individuals.
• Ability to navigate and utilize social media platforms, especially Facebook and Google Review.
• A genuine passion for Pompeii's mission and dedication to patient care.
