Project Overview:
Mount Vesuvius Hospital is on a mission to revolutionize our uniform standards. In a setting where identification plays a pivotal role in patient care, we aim to design uniforms that not only resonate with our facility's aesthetic but also help patients effortlessly identify different staff roles. With the diverse roles ranging from nurses and doctors to drivers and administrators, the challenge lies in creating a coherent, stylish, and functional uniform system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Uniform Design & Strategy: Craft a comprehensive uniform strategy that distinguishes each role without compromising on style and comfort.
2. Research & Surveys: Conduct surveys to gather insights from our staff, especially our nurses, on their preferred scrubs and why.
3. Supplier Coordination: Identify potential suppliers, procure sample uniforms, and establish a lasting relationship for bulk orders.
4. Outfit Proposals: Recommend a complete outfit ensemble, factoring in shoes, jackets, scrubs, and any additional accessories.
5. Branding Elements: Integrate the Mount Vesuvius Hospital's color palette and ethos into the uniform, ensuring brand consistency.
6. Creative Exploration: Using tools like GPT DALLE, brainstorm unique branding elements like printed patterns, embroidery, or innovative identification methods.

Steps to Completion:

1. Kick-off Survey: Develop and distribute a survey among the staff to determine preferred scrub brands and gather initial feedback.
2. Sample Procurement: Based on survey results, order sample uniforms from identified suppliers for review.
3. Role-based Color Coding: Propose distinct color palettes for each worker type, ensuring easy identification.
4. Full Ensemble Proposal: Design a complete outfit, including shoes, scrubs, jackets, and unique identifiers like armbands, printed hair ties, or face masks.
5. Branding Integration: Incorporate branding elements, such as printing "POMPEII" down the scrub legs or other innovative designs.
